Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
A joint urge has been made by both the sides that in this case worthy compromise has been reached and averment to that effect has been made in paragraph-14 of the affidavit appended to the application under 482 Cr.P.C. This compromise was reached between the parties outside the court. However no formal compromise deed has been prepared between the parties. Parties have requested that both the parties may be directed to move compromise deed before the lower court and the same may be physically verified.

Considered the entirety of the case, it being a matrimonial case, the parties may enter into compromise for that purpose they may move compromise deed before the court below and in case, any such compromise deed is moved, the same shall be acted upon and shall be duly and physically verified and in case the verification is found to be just in accordance with law then consequential order in view of the guidelines in the law laid down by the Judgement of the Hon'ble Vs. State of Haryana) shall be passed.
Accordingly, this application is finally disposed off.
