JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Co-accused is said to have been bailed out.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced, the applicant is entitled for bail.
Let the applicant Umesh Kumar Bansal involved in Case Crime No. 130 of 2010 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 485, 486 I.P.C. and section 63/65 of the Copy Rights Act and section 3/11 of the PRevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, police station Kotwali Nagar District Bulandshahr be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
