Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents.
A notice dated 10.02.2018 has been issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities are treating the electricity connection from domestic to commercial, whereas the petitioner is a lawyer and the electricity connection of his office cannot be treated as commercial.
In case, the petitioner disputes the amount, he may approach the Executive Engineer for redressal of his grievances.
In case, the petitioner files a representation, the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
