Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. By means of this writ petition,the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 03.06.2010 by which he has been reverted back on the post of Lecturer (Economics) from the post of Vice Principal and has been posted at Government Inter College, Fatehganj, Banda. On the basis of instructions received, learned Standing Counsel submits that the post in question is still lying vacant at DIET, Basti. Keeping in view the above fact, we hereby give liberty to the petitioner to move a representation to the Director, Education (Secondary) for change of his place of posting to District Basti where the post is said to be vacant We hope that the Director Education (Secondary) shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a week from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally. Order Date :- 24.6.2010 ashok
