The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1283 of 2013 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on 01.04.2019 the matter got adjourned as the Presiding Officer was on leave. The order of temporary injunction was extended till the next date.
Having regard to the fact that suit is pending since the year 2013, the trial court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
