Undisputedly, the contractual engagement of the petitioner has been brought to an end in terms of the order impugned. This Court finds itself unable to entertain this petition in light of the binding decision rendered by a Division Bench of the Court in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India And Others, Writ -A No. 54840 of 2014.
Accordingly and following the reasons assigned therein, this petition shall stand dismissed.
