Order on Withdrawal Application No. 2 of 2018 This withdrawal application has been filed seeking permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition, which is supported by an affidavit of applicant No. 2/petitioner No. 2, Yogesh Chandra Midha, saying that during the pendency of the writ petition and the suit proceedings, a compromise has been entered into between the parties. Therefore, they do not wish to pursue this writ petition further.
Reasons mentioned in the application are sufficient.
The application for withdrawal is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court shall stand discharged.
