With regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner about transfer of investigation to CID Crime or any other independent investigating agency, the investigating officer against whom allegations were levelled is now suspended pursuant to registration of offence under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act. At the same time offence under Section 326 of the IPC is added in addition to the offences already registered in the FIR being CR No.I-09/2012 with Thara Police Station on 28.01.2012.
In view of the above, the investigating agency is directed to carry out fair and impartial investigation in the cross-complaints filed by the parties in accordance with law and submit report accordingly.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
