The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order and decretal order dated 19.09.2017 made in I.A.No.224 of 2017 in O.S.No.78 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal For petitioners : Mr.T.Dhanyakumar For Respondents : Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy for R1 & 2 ORDER:
When the matter came for admission today, at the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the aforesaid suit in O.S.No.78 of 2016 was dismissed on 03.11.2017. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if the said suit is restored and requested that liberty may be granted to file an application to restore the Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner, if necessary, it is open to to file appropriate application to restore the Civil Revision Petition within time. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
