JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on parole.
2. It appears that the applicant is in jail since last more than thirteen years. As per the jail report, whenever he was released, he surrendered in time. His jail conduct is also good. As per the medical papers, he is suffering from heart ailment, and hence, parole is required to be granted.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Jail authority is directed to release the applicant on parole in connection with his treatment on usual terms and conditions for a period of fifteen days from the date of his release. Applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over.
