Prima facie this Court is of the opinion that in view of the cross-examination of the employer more particularly from paragraph 4 thereof where he has stated that he has not issued any receipt of salary and he does not possess receipts showing payment of Provident Fund or ESI, the claimants could not lead evidence qua the income. However, this Court is with the claimant on the aspect of contributory negligence.
