1. Leave to amend the application. Issue notice upon the respondents, returnable on August 23, 2012.
2. To enable Mr.Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to take instructions in the matter, let the matter appear on August 23, 2012.
3. It appears that the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has already issued a notice under Section 267 of the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 upon the owner of the building concerned. In view of such fact, we direct the respondent No.3 not to make any construction, except after taking permission from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation or to work anything in violation of the notice.
