Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the trial court to decide the application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No.2294 of 2018 (Smt. Sunbasiya & Anr. v. Kanpur Development Authority & Ors.), within stipulated period.
Be that as it may, having perused the order sheet, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.3, Kanpur Nagar to decide the application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No.2294 of 2018 (Smt. Sunbasiya & Anr. v. Kanpur Development Authority & Ors.), as expeditiously as possible.
