It is stated that the H.M.O.P.82 of 2012 filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage before the Sub Judge, Erode has been PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J SRN disposed of on 02.06.2015 itself. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Tr.C.M.P.
2. In view of the above submission, this Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
