Leave to amend the prayer clause by correcting the date of detention order, which is mentioned in the prayer clause as 2.4.2012 by correcting the same as 4.2.2012 .
Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

Learned AGP Mr.Bipin Bhatt waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent No.3.
Registry is directed to list this matter for final hearing in seriatim considering the actual date of detention.
Direct service qua respondents No.1 and 2 is permitted.
