Bhatt, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that this Special Civil Application is wrongly notified before this Court, inasmuch as the petition has already been heard by another Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.R.Brahmbhatt) and yesterday also, the matter was heard by the said Court.
