The prayer made in the instant petition by defendants of Original Suit No.171 of 2012 is for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide the suit within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of the oral testimony of the defendants and their witnesses.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
