Heard Mr. Imran Khan, learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars and details, as the laches in filing the present application has not been sufficiently explained in paragraph 14 of the affidavit.
Prayer made is allowed.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars and details.
Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after obtaining photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
