After the preliminary decree was prepared, in paragraph 7 of the writ petition it has been stated that, one Smt. Nirmala Devi had filed a vakalatnama and thereafter the final decree was not being prepared.
If any objection had been filed by the respondent no. 7, the same may be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. However, if there is no objection then the final decree itself may be prepared within a period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of.
