JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner prays for release of retiral dues.
It has been pleaded that three-and-a-half years have passed since retirement of the petitioner, yet the retiral dues have not been paid.
Sri M.K. Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri S.B. Pandey, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.1 to 3.
Respondent no.4 would be represented by learned State Counsel.
