Uma Shanker vs Mewa Lal (Died) & Others

Admit on the following substantial question of law:-

Whether in view of production of the Karyawahi Register paper no. 106 Ga of the Gaon Sabha showing the allotment of the land in dispute in favour of the plaintiff/appellant on 20.9.90 and possession memo dated 20.7.95 paper no.110 ka the courts below were justified in holding that the allotment/lease is not proved as the actual lease deed was not produced in evidence?

Issue notice to the respondents no. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 2/1, 2/2 and 3 fixing a date.

Until further order of this Court parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to land in dispute.
