The grievance of the petitioner is that during pendency of the appeal the Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat), District Amethi convened a meeting in pursuance to the order of the Sub Divisional Officer, Amethi for fresh allotment of fair price shop and the name of one Smt. Asha Verma has been proposed for allotment as a new licensee of fair price shop of the village in question against the direction issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.11977 of 2010(MB), a mention of which has been made in Annexure No.9 to the writ petition.
Learned Standing counsel is directed to seek instructions in the matter as to how the Sub Divisional Officer, Amethi, is acting contrary to the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No. 11977 of 2010(MB).
