The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 181/2013, within a time specified by this Court. However, at the time of making oral submission, counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the matter relating to temporary injunction has yet not been finalised, therefore, the trial Court be directed to decide the said application expeditiously, and thereafter proceed with the trial of the suit without any further delay.
Having regard to the fact that the injunction application is pending since the year 2013, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the said application expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, and thereafter proceed with the trial of the suit with a sense of expedition.
