Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to place the entire record regarding resignation of Shri Prem Chandra son of Munshi Lal, resident of village Anantpur, Block Haseran district Kannauj from the post of Kshetra Panchayat Member, Ward No. 3, Mauja Poora Rai, Block Haseran, district Kannauj before the petitioner for further action as per section 11 of the U.P. (Kshetra Panchayat & Zila Panchayat) Adhiniyam, 1971.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per instructions now the petitioner wants to get the petition dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
