By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for initiation of the contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 6.4.2007 passed by this court in Writ Petition No. 1916 (M.S) of 2007 Uma Shankar Tiwari Vs. Smt. Poornima Pathak and others., whereby the aforesaid opposite parties were directed not to alienate the property in question. It is submitted that inspite of the order of this court, the opposite parties have not complied with the aforesaid order.
Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
Let notice be issued to opposite parties No. 1 and 2 to show cause as to why contempt proceedings for willful disobedience of the aforementioned order be not initiated against them within one month.
