The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been granted licence to hold cattle market on his own land in Karvi on every Thursday but the holding of the said animal market is being illegal interfered with by some persons and no action is being taken by the District Authorities despite repeated representation of the petitioner.
The petitioner in this connection has submitted a representation to the S.S.P. Karvi and District Magistrate Karvi by speed post sent on 03.01.2019 but even then no action has been taken.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the District Magistrate within a period of two weeks from today. In case any representation is so made, the same shall be considered by the District Magistrate in accordance with law most expeditiously if possible within a month of its submission.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
