Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions from opposite party, states that in pursuance of directions issued by this Court on 29.3.2018 in Public Interest Litigation No. 3164 of 2018 all encroachments from plot Nos. 43 and 143 have been removed. Certain photographs showing removal of the encroachments with the aid of bulldozer have also been placed before this Court for perusal.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the stand taken by the opposite party before this Court.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the instant matter. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
