Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Mohammdabad, Ghazipur to decide temporary injunction application 6-C filed by the plaintiff in Original Suit No. 602 of 2017 .
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite appearance of the other side in suit proceeding, the application 6C filed by the plaintiff/petitioner in Original Suit No. 602 of 2017 has not been addressed and date after date is being fixed.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that several dates have been fixed for consideration of the application 6C.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction upon the court concerned to ensure that a final decision is taken on the said interim injunction application, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
