Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
In pursuance of the order dated dated 21.7.2014 Sri Praveen Kumar, S.S.P. Lucknow and I.O. of this case Sanjay Kumar Pandey are present in the court. It is a case in which further investigation is pending and police report was submitted without making the recovery of the alleged kidnapped person.
But the assurance given by Sri Praveen Kumar, S.S.P. Lucknow that he shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentoned case and the investigaiton shall be handed to crime branch.
Considering the same, this petition is finally disposed of.
