Grievance of the petitioner is with regard to ranker's examination conducted in the year 2011. Petitioner's grievance that he was liable to be considered for promotion therein and has been rejected vide order dated 7.4.2015. Various grounds have been taken to impeach the order.
Sri Amar Nath Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State points out that while disposing of Special Leave Petition No.25377-25378 of 2014, the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 10.8.2015 has issued clear directions not to entertain any writ petition in respect of selection in question. Submission is that in such circumstances, this writ petition is not liable to be entertained.
In view of the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court this writ petition is consigned to records.
