1. The writ petition has been preferred to seek compliance of the order passed by the Review Committee on 29.10.2018. The writ petition to challenge the said order was preferred by the Insurance Company bearing Writ Petition No.7981 (M/B) of 2018.
The said writ petition has been dismissed today itself.
2. In view of the above, the amount directed by the review committee becomes payable and accordingly this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Insurance Company to pay the requisite amount, as directed by the review committee.
3. The amount payable to the petitioner is lying with the High Court pursuance to the order passed earlier and accordingly the said amount would be released in favour of the petitioner.
If any interest is accrued on the said amount, then it would also be payable to the petitioner.
