BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES (Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This matter has been mentioned for correction of typographical omission arising in our order dated 15th June 2012.
It appears that on that day, after entertaining the application, we passed interim order in terms of prayer 19(E) for a period of fortnight from that day with liberty to apply for extension on the selfsame application on the returnable date but, no returnable date was fixed.
We, accordingly, fix the returnable date on 29th June 2012.
We do not touch any other part of our order dated 15th June 2012.
