Ms.Rujuta R.Oza, learned advocate for Mr.R.J.Oza for the applicant submits that the applicant has expired on 10.8.2010, and to support her submission, she has produced a true copy of death certificate of the applicant.
Present application was filed by the applicant under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash the complaint which is registered as C.R.No.9 of 2006 with ACB, Nadiad Police Station in which he was the sole accused. In view of death of the applicant who was sole accused in the said FIR, the present application does not survive and accordingly disposed of. Rule is discharged.
