Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over a copy of the order dated 12.12.2013 from which it is seen that the petition that sought to be transferred by the petitioner in this petition has already been dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the order dated 12.12.2013 in O.P.No.86/2013, this transfer petition is dismissed.
