By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 7 days caused in filing Second Appeal (Stamp) No.206 of 2011.
Heard Mr. Nasir Saiyed, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr. Mihir Bhatt, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application, the Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone the delay of 7 days caused in filing the above referred second appeal.
In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The delay of 7 days caused in filing Second Appeal (Stamp) No.206 of 2011 is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
