THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Smt.S.R.Anuradha, learned counsel takes notice for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and submits that the impugned Order dated 14.11.2019 has been modified and by the Order dated 21.11.2019, one Mr.Haji Ibrahim Goonadka, retired Deputy Director, Department of Women and Child Welfare, has been appointed as an Administrator to the petitioner-Jumma Masjid and Syed Madani Dargah, Ullal, Mangaluru Taluk, Dakshina Kannada. Therefore, the prayer sought in the present writ petition would not survive for consideration. She filed the Memo dated 25.11.2019 enclosing the copy of the Order dated 21.11.2019. The same is taken on record.
2. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off as having become infructuous.
