Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in pursuance to their representations dated 15.06.2017 and 03.05.2017 as per the Annexure-E and F and also in pursuance to the High Court Orders in W.P.Nos.11321/2014 and 25669-25670/2014 and W.P.Nos.4474-4477/2010 (LA-RES).
This writ petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the court made the following:
ORDER This writ petition was listed on 27.11.2017. However, learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear on that day and it was ordered to be listed on 30.11.2017. Even on that day, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, though the matter was called twice. To give an opportunity to petitioner, it was ordered to be listed today. Today, when the matter was called out, once again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
Therefore, writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
