JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery proceedings taken for satisfaction of a loan of Rs.10,000/- availed of from the 1st respondent. As is revealed from Ext.P1, the total recovery sought to be effected as on 26.2.2009 was Rs.16,699/-. While admitting the above writ petition, this Court had passed an order directing payment of an amount of Rs.2,500/- per month payable on or before 28th of every month commencing from March 2009. If the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid order, necessarily, the dues would have been satisfied by now. On the other hand, if no compliance has been made, then, necessarily the petitioner cannot claim any further relief in the writ petition. WP(C).8583/09 2 The writ petition hence, stands closed, reserving liberty to the 1st respondent to recover the amounts from the petitioner, if it has not already been satisfied.
