JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that notices issued to respondents Nos.3, and 6 to 8 have not been served, as they are not found at the given addresses. Mr.P.J.Kanabar,learned advocate for the petitioner,submits that they are residing at the given addresses and if the Court directs that fresh notices be issued, the petitioner will take direct service.
Registry shall issue fresh notices to respondents Nos.3 and 6 to 8, which shall be served directly by the petitioner, making them returnable on 16-2-2012.
