JUDGMENT The learned counsel for respondent – accused files a memo dated 30.08.2019 reporting death of the respondent along with death certificate issued by Panchayath Secretary (Executive Officer), Grama Panchayath, Kuppam. The said certificate indicates that respondent – accused – S.Subramani has expired on 24.02.2019.
2. In view of the death of the respondent – accused the appeal abates.
