Heard Mr.Narendra Jain, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr.H.L.Jani, learned APP for the respondent No.1 and Mr.Y.N.Ravani, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2.
Mr.Jain has read order dated 17.12.2011 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI Court No.3, Ahmedabad and contended that looking to the role of the present applicants trial Court has failed to establish that present applicants are co-conspirator. He has contended that during the trial applicants were on bail and today is the last day for their surrender.
Time to surrender is extended upto 2.2.2012. The applicants shall surrender on 2.2.2012 at 11:30 a.m. before the Sabarmati Central Jail, Ahmedabad, through learned Special Judge, CBI Ahmedabad.
