Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
No need to issue notice to the respondent no. 5 as the matter is being heard and decided at admission stage.
The sole grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that he was appointed as Assistant Teacher in C.T. Grade and, thereafter, became Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade in the year 2004 but his retiral dues have not been released by the respondent State for which he has made representation on 17.05.2019, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
