JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiff for an early disposal of the civil suit in O.S.No.1264 of 1987.
2. The Civil Revision Petition was filed in 2009. There is no point in fixing outer time limit, at this point of time. I am, therefore, of the view that no order is necessary in the Civil Revision Petition.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
