Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

The present application is for suspension of sentence and regular bail.

We have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.Pandya learned APP and the Court was not inclined to suspend the sentence and grant of regular bail, learned counsel Ms.Shaikh has prayed for withdrawal of the application.

Permission granted. Rejected as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
