JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake the farming activity for winter crop and wants to support his family financially.
It appears from the jail report that the convict was recently released on furlough from 20.09.2011 to 08.10.2011.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
