Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 01.09.2018 in the court of Additional Session Judge, Court No. 6, Agra in S.T. No. 373 of 2016, Case Crime No. 18 of 2016, (State Vs. Udayveer Singh & others), under sections 498A, 304B, IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kagaraul, District- Agra and further prayed to give a direction to the trial court to afford proper opportunity to the applicants to lead evidence u/s 233 Cr.P.C. in their defense and to summon the witness enlisted in application dated 06.08.2018 and 10.08.2018.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicants, I find no illegality or infirmity in the order. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
