No one is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the third call to press this petition. After second call a notice was put on the notice board that the case will be taken up at 12 noon but no one has turned up.
Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. Sri Brij Kumar Yadav, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of gaon sabha.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 29.5.2019 passed by the District Supply Officer, Kanpur Nagar.
In pursuance of this Court's order dated 1.11.2019, affidavit of respondent no. 2 has been filed.
Perusal of the affidavit of respondent no. 2 clearly indicates that the cancellation order was passed on 10.10.2019 after giving due notice to the petitioner.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
