After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this writ petition because counsel for the petitioner shall be filing his application to withdraw the restoration application, which is sought to be expedited by means of this writ petition.
In view of the statement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
