1. Learned advocate for the seeks permission to delete the name of the applicant nos. 2 and 4, who were trustees, have expired. Learned advocate for the Respondent No. 1 also seeks permission to delete the name of Respondent No. 3 to 8 who have resigned as trustees. Further, the learned advocates seek permission for amendment in the civil application. permission is granted.
