2. According to the petitioners, the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26843/2016 is running a pharmacy and the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26947/2016 is an agriculturist. They are not involved in any illegal business or profession. However, cases in Crime Nos.501/2012 and 5/2013 were registered against the respective petitioners for the alleged offence punishable under Section 15(1)C of the Indian Medical Council Act alleging that they were given allopathic treatment to public without any qualification as well as licence. After completion of investigation, charge sheets were filed and the same were taken on file as CC Nos.97/2013 and 149/2013, which after due trial, ended in acquittal, by judgements dated 02.12.2014 and 29.01.2015 respectively, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri. Despite the same, the second respondent is frequently calling the petitioners and unnecessarily harassing them. Hence, the petitioners made a separate complaints dated 02.12.2016 to the first respondent. Finding no response on the same, the present petitions came to be filed.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no such harassment was caused by the second respondent, as alleged by the petitioners.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petitions are closed.
